Where Ufos come from

I think I was around 8 or 9 when my cousins and I saw something in the sky that to this day, I consider a UFO. It looked like two silvery rings, one a few feet above the other, they rotated in opposite directions as this thing slowly crept across the sky above the three of us. In-between these two rotating rings were several colored lights on a black background. The flashing of these lights, was more sporadic than alternating and we watched in awe as the object crept across the constellations into the clouds above us.

When we finally realized what we had seen, we ran inside of the house to tell our parents. Naturally, we were children and the general consensus was that our imaginations were working overtime. According to my Father, we only saw a plane, but no plane that I know of has an upper ring and lower one that spin in opposite directions while lights blink sporadically in-between. Neither parent even stepped to a window to examine the skies. We were laughed at and left to puzzle for our lifetimes about the experience.

To this day, I have not seen anything else like it. Not in a book, on TV, no poster shows it, no website has anything like it that I can find. No one else seems to have seen what the three of us did that night so long ago. But, I’ve spent a lifetime reading about UFO’s and have formed my own opinions about the phenomenon.

It would seem rather naive to think that we are the only populated planet in all of the numerous galaxies that exist. But, I have met people who believe just that way; I cannot. Likewise, it would be just as naive to believe that only world governments and military operations are all behind the UFO phenomenon.

I have read of people who believe that UFO’s are angels. Others who claim emphatically, that they are nothing more than some trick of the light or other natural occurrence such as meteors, ball lightening, reflections of the sun, planes, train lights, car lights, swamp gas military flares and more. Yet, I have never experienced or heard of any natural occurrence that looked like what my cousins and I saw back in the 1960’s.  I’ve certainly not seen any “ball lightening” or other such phenomenon that had multi-colored lights flashing and rotating, but many sightings could easily be explained as these phenomenon.

I’ve heard some people say that they are angels, others, fairies; still others believe that they could be time-travelers from some future time frame, but whatever they are, they have been around since before the days of the Roman Empire!

While I believe that our governments and military organizations, even some corporations may be responsible for many sightings; I also have come to the conclusion that, no, we are not alone in the plethora of universes.

A decade or more before the Stealth was finally unveiled to the public; people were sighting triangular, black flying objects in the sky. Some even photographed them. Perhaps that black triangle was a stealth prototype? And if they were; who is to say for certain that there aren’t more and more prototypes of other, more powerful and stealthy machines? I think this is one highly probable explanation.

The Lockheed Martin/Boeing, RQ-3 Darkstar flew its’ first test flight in 1996, but was cancelled in 1999, yet in 2003 it was reported that similar stealth aircraft were being flown in Iraq.  It was discovered that this aircraft had been brought back into use, once again.

Lockheed Martin’s U-2, first flown in 1955 and one of the first classified planes flown from the infamous, “Area 51”; that air force base that allegedly does not exist, but is often photographed from a safe distance.  This aircraft, originally silver in color was later painted black for reflection purposes.

Their famous SR-71 Blackbird, first flown in 1964 and used during the 1990’s, has explained many UFO sightings for a number of people.  Its’ unusual shape and 2432mph speeds seem to fit the behavior of a number of previously unidentified craft.

The long range stealth fighter, Lockheed’s, F117A Nighthawk, does look a bit like an unusual UFO at a distance.  First flown in 1981 and used between 1983-2008; it’s triangular shape, as well as, the B-2 Spirits’, is easily mistaken for triangular UFO’s.  It was test flown just 80 miles from “Area 51”, at the “Groom Lake Facility”, “that doesn’t exist”.

And let us not eliminate the “Airships”, those seemingly silent, lighter than air, vehicles that cross the night sky.  Many of these actually have a cigar shape, as well as, round bubble-shapes and many look similar to drawings of UFO’s that have been reported over the years.

While dirigibles and blimps have been around for quite a while, we all pretty much know when we’ve seen one of them.  Who hasn’t seen the famous, “Goodyear” blimp, make its annual rounds in the sky above us during big sporting events?  Airships have become a popular way to travel at night, recently and many more companies are beginning to build them and as we search for more and more “green” technology, these are becoming quite popular.  But, “airships”, considered the “future of flight”, are gaining more and more popularity as a method of travel; they’re not just for the military anymore.  Again, Lockheed is also engaging in the construction of these airships and some of their aircraft can be mistaken for those cigar-shaped UFO’s.

One airship, “The Globe” from, “21st Century Airships”, seats two people, a pilot and passenger and it is perfectly round.  It is easily mistaken for a balloon, the moon, ball lightening or even a UFO.  In the night sky, it’s not easy to see the propellers sticking out of it and at 56ft. in diameter it can be one UFO explanation.  Similar to, “Techsphere Systems”, SA-60, whose cruising speed is approx. 35mph, but it can reach altitudes of 20,000 feet.  At that distance it can be easily mistaken for a UFO; especially in the night skies.

If one then considers the numerous animal mutilations, human abductions, implanted and extracted fetuses reported by many who have experienced the phenomenon; one could easily come to the conclusion that other humans are behind UFO’s. After all, when I consider the length of time that animal mutilations have been occurring and the fact that they all contain cauterized wounds where body parts have been removed; I have to consider that this does sound like a laser has been used. When I heard of the sizes of lasers being used in surgeries and the fact that the military had a briefcase sized one over 2 decades ago; I cannot help, but realize that this is a potential explanation for many of the reports. With military helicopters swarming our night skies in the 1960’s; who is to say that they didn’t fly over some farm, lower a technician with a briefcase-sized laser and steal some genetic material for some already-too-expensive-experiments. It is NOT impossible.

Add to that the fact that we can now take plasma from cows and utilize it in humans. Given that it has been illegal for decades to steal livestock and genetic experiments on humans have also been illegal for decades; I have to ask where and how did we get this technology? I don’t think it came from any white or grey aliens.

Logic dictates that somebody here on planet Earth has been keeping some serious secrets.

Still, I keep going back to the many universes and the possibility of life like us existing on some of them. I certainly hope that there is. It would be wonderful to meet them; to share knowledge with them. Perhaps they hold the secret to salvaging our own environment?

Of course, having been raised in a religious environment, I have a great deal of faith in a being greater than my own kind and other beings of spiritual energies. So, I can’t discount a little something called, Angels, Diva’s, nature spirits or whatever you choose to call them.  We can’t prove that they are and we can’t prove that they are not.  Since science has yet to prove that God does or doesn’t exist; we must leave this area open for consideration.

I must admit, when I first read of Ezekiel and the Wheels in his dream vision; I have to wonder, was the guy really dreaming? I mean the UFO I saw could’ve been interpreted as some sort of wheeled chariot rolling across the sky that night. Did my cousins and I actually see some angelic being? Who knows?

Since none of us experienced any missing time nor do we recall being abducted; I am still wondering to this day, what we saw. I will probably ponder it for the rest of my life, unless our government comes out with some photographs of earlier military prototypes or a set of spinning rings with lights attached or some alien craft lands on the White-house lawn.

If it was an angel or some other type of spiritual experience; I certainly wouldn’t mind having it again. It was very colorful. While I would love to know what it was that we saw; perhaps I never will. Perhaps some things should remain a mystery if for no other reason than to make life a little more interesting.
