They may not taste as good as the original product you are used to consuming, but it will help you cut out excess calories that can be adding to you being unhealthy.

You can even use this for things like fast food. If you have a double burger and fries, start getting a single burger and maybe eating 80 percent of the fries.

Drink Water

Your body is composed mostly of water, and needs the right amount to survive and thrive. Drinking more water WILL make you healthier as well as provide a satiating effect that can help you eat less if you are trying to lose excess weight. Shoot for half your weight in ounces each day and maybe 10 to 30 oz.’s more on the days you are exercising

It is easy to fall victim to negative thoughts about becoming healthier, because we as humans aren’t really programmed to create change easily in our lives, so we resist it.
