You can even use this for things like fast food. If you have a double burger and fries, start getting a single burger and maybe eating 80 percent of the fries.

Your body is composed mostly of water, and needs the right amount to survive and thrive. Drinking more water WILL make you healthier as well as provide a satiating effect that can help you eat less if you are trying to lose excess weight.
