How to Control your Anger

Humanist psychologists diverge from the widely held belief of psychoanalysts that human behaviors are driven solely by their suppressed sexual desires. The humanists want us to believe that humans are driven by their physical as well as ethereal components. Both have to be studied and understood to understand why human beings act the way they do.

Controlling one’s anger is not a subject that can be easily understood and discussed without references to a variety of written materials and other sources of information.

One certain trait in humans however, is that as individuals, we want to be successful and to be given that special place that we all think we deserve in the scheme of things. We all in short want our fifteen minutes of fame. Whenever there seems to be something or someone standing in the path, our ego takes over and anger is always the outcome.

This is why criminal organizations like the mafia usually use crude force to resolve conflicts. Other law abiding citizens use protests, as is the case with Green Peace or the protesters at the World Trade Organization.

The only way to control your HUNGER is to eat something that agrees with you. The only way to control your ANGER is to feed it what it needs. You can determine what your anger needs by educating yourself and putting yourself ahead of it. This is to say that you should always put yourself in a frame of mind where your outlook is always positive, and you are always prepared for any eventuality. The nature of our existence is just too chaotic and unpredictable, for anyone to prescribe a set of paradigms for containing our negative emotions.

A good place to start our healing could be by reading and practicing what is preached in the science of getting rich which can be downloaded for free from:

Even though its idea is to teach people how to become rich, yet the principles in it are actually rudiments of what is taught by the Humanists, that we need to know ourselves better if we want to discover what triggers our negative emotions.

If the above is not good enough for you, then you should also try The Hand-Book of the Navigator, which can also be downloaded for free from the site:

If you are not satisfied by the above, then you probably should buy the anger management course from the site listed below. This will cost you some money however.
If you are not angry when paying for it, you have probably succeeded in containing your anger.

If all these should fail, perhaps the best approach will be to see a professional.
