There are many kinds of political crimes, as well as there are hundreds of so called politicians who are truly greedy and/or truly power hungry enough to violate their oath of office as they proceed to enrich themselves and those who supported those corrupt politicians quest for political power. In my opinion, it is a crime to mentally, physically and/or financially injure another Human Being, no matter where on this Earth that the other Human Being resides.

It does not matter where or in which Country those corrupt politicians exist, but it does matter, in regard to how many other people, World-wide, are hurt, suffer or die as a direct result of such criminal behavior. To me, it is a crime to be be politisally corrupt. More often than not, when the interests of the minority are served it is the majority who suffers from the actions of the minority. That is why a relatively few become filthy rich while tens of miooions of other people slowly sink into a sea of debt.

Stalin killed more than ten million of his own people. Hitler, together with the leaders of the other Axis Countries, killed more than 20 million people. Yes, that was done all for the possibility of World domination, or for the eventual domination of the people of the entire Earth.

That evil behavior by those few among us came in the form of Communism, Socialism, Absolute Monarchy and/or an Authoritarian form of Government. Governments controlled by the leaders of the military also proved harmful to the population of citizens within each and every Country controlled by a Military Dictator.

To the best of my knowledge, a Democratic form of Government has proved to be the best deterrent against any conspiracy to destroy the rights of the majority within a Country. Then again, there is no such thing as a “True Democracy.” However, you can believe that some of the politicians within those, so called, Democratic forms of Government did or continue to try to achieve the truly idealistic level of a “True Democracy.”

Our Government of the United States of America, with its three branches of responsibility and its many appointed Civil Servants within the many Administrative Departments of our Government is by no means a “True Democracy.” You see, political corruption is a common occurrence, due to the influence of special interest groups and the huge amounts of money that is used to sway the beliefs of the most honest among us.

It is also true that such corruption may have even reached as high as the “Office of the President of the United States of America,” many more times than you might believe. For example: In recent times the elected politicians within the Congress of the United States of America forced the alleged corrupt President Richard Nixon to resign the office as our President. Subsequently, Gerald Ford ascended to the “Office of President of the United States of America” and for the rest of that Republican’s term of office did nothing more than heal the wounds created between the politicians of the Democratic Party and the Republican Party.

Hundreds of thousands of people, if not millions of people, wanted to remove President Lincoln, President Jackson, President Clinton and President Hoover from the job of “President of the United States of America” for some reason, including the fact that the then President of that past time of our history failed to obey his sworn oath to “Obey, Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States of America.”

Make no mistake. “Political Corruption” comes to all of us in many forms. Yes, and each of those forms, in my opinion, are nothing more than crimes against Humanity.
