The Video Project

The Video Project acknowledges the pivotal role libraries play in providing access to the newest technologies. From ensuring that all Americans have access to the Internet to enabling library patrons to experiment with website design, digital editing and more, public libraries have carried their mission of public service into the 21st century by incorporating multimedia resources into their basic holdings.

This page offers a screening room for video testimonials that capture in a few words or a telling anecdote the value of a particular library to a particular person or community. It will be organized by theme. This month’s theme connects the new to the old by capturing reflections on libraries and democracy.
